as guest musician in various bands (for
instance with Budowitz,
Kapelye,
Willy Schwartz, Chicago
Klezmer Ensemble). Wex and Lehmann
developed four plays, for which Lehmann
wrote the music and which he translated
into German, as well as Wex´s cult
novel shlepping
th exile. Lehmann writes radio plays,
co-produces a kids' music theatre and
directs. His first musical "die
Meistersinger von Dlugaszow"
was premiered in 2001.

style, and apart from his own ensembles
he has worked and toured throughout Britain
and Europe with Budowitz,

brass allstars and Burning bush,
as well as a Istanbul tour with Heiko
